When the director TUSHAAR told the story of the film “PYAAR KA SIGNAL” hindi actress & heroine VIDYABALAN gave green signal. But VIDYABALAN is now not willing to act? The reason is exactly of course not known, but VIDYABALAN has refused to act with “VIVEK OBEROY”, one of the three heroes. Probably, VIVEK’s unsuccessful career in past as hero might be the reason!
